ORGANIZER
This sponsorship operation, hereinafter “the Operation”, is organized by the company TRADIS, hereinafter “the Organizer” or “TRADIS”, SAS with capital of €10,000 registered with the RCS of Saintes under number 531 619 161, having its registered office at 3 rue des Garlus, 17800 Pons.
TRADIS may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend or terminate this Sponsorship Operation, in whole or in part, subject only to not prejudicing the rights of participants already registered.
THE OPERATION
Sponsor one or more members of your entourage (hereinafter also called "Godchild") to TRADIS and get €50 (fifty euros) in UP e-gift card as soon as your Godchild has used your sponsorship link and has made a purchase on the website www.tradis-design.com for a minimum amount of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros) excluding taxes and excluding delivery costs. The Godchild receives €50 (fifty euros) immediate discount on his first TRADIS order. Sponsorships are only valid for new customers. By recommending one or more people in their entourage, a TRADIS customer therefore becomes a “Sponsor”.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Operation is done by directly adding the emails of your friends in the "sponsorship program" space on your customer area directly on the website www.tradis-design.com or by communicating to your friends, your sponsor code available on the sponsorship page. Registration for the Operation is only valid if it meets the conditions described in these rules. Any incomplete, erroneous, false, usurping the identity of a third party or fictitious registration provided by a Sponsor or Referred Person will be considered null and excluded from the Operation at the sole discretion of TRADIS. By participating in the Operation, the registered person therefore admits to meeting these conditions and accepts as final the decision taken by TRADIS regarding his/her participation in the Operation.
Any incomplete, erroneous, false, impersonating a third party or fictitious information or contact details provided by a Participant or a Referred Person or any purchase made and then cancelled for the sole purpose of benefiting from the offer, will be considered null and void and contrary to the Terms of the Operation.
To make a referral, the Referrer must share their referral link by choosing the sharing method of their choice displayed on the website www.tradis-design.com, in your customer area or on the sponsorship page.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Operation is open to individuals over 18 years of age and residing in France on www.tradis-design.com.
Only one registration per person. Each participation must be linked to a unique IP address. The following conditions result in the cancellation of the sponsorship: similar IP address between the referrer and the referred person, self-referral, similar email addresses between the Referrer and the Referred Person. The use of fraudulent means or any attempts to circumvent the rules of the Operation will result in the cancellation of registration and participation in the Operation. This is at the sole discretion of TRADIS.
Referrals are only valid for new customers. The referral must allow TRADIS to make initial contact with a new customer.
A Referred Person can only be referred by one Referrer. In the event of multiple referrals, the first referral registration will be retained.
You cannot refer relatives using a temporary email address. These referrals will not be considered valid.
Any abuse, as determined by TRADIS, may result in the cancellation of the Referrer's referral discount code and the Referred Person's discount code as well as the inability of both parties to participate in this or future Operations.
REWARDS:
Subject to compliance with the conditions set out in these rules, a successful sponsorship gives rise to the following rewards:
- for the Referred Person: a €50 (fifty euros) discount code valid on www.tradis-design.com
- for the Sponsor: a UP e-gift card in the amount of €50 (fifty euros) valid on 200 online stores or 850 stores for cadhoc checks, as soon as a Referred Person has made a successful purchase on www.tradis-design.com for a minimum amount of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros) excluding taxes and excluding delivery costs.
The activation codes for UP e-gift cards will be sent by TRADIS in a dematerialized format within forty-five (45) days after the Referred Person's first order. UP e-gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the activation thereof. Their holder can only use them to pay for goods or services to be selected in the E-shop made available to the member.

UP E-gift cards cannot give rise to a monetary counterpart, in any form whatsoever, totally or partially (including change, credit on account or card). They cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft or at the end of their validity period, nor exchanged or sold. A product or service paid for with these gift vouchers cannot be subject to any discount.
For the purchase of the Referred Person to be attributed to his Sponsor, the Referred Person must follow the referral link to the TRADIS website and make a purchase (using or not the Referred Person's discount code) of a minimum amount of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros) excluding taxes and excluding delivery costs.
The referral discount codes are sent by email and are also accessible by going to the referral page. The referral will be validated after a successful purchase by the Referred Person, i.e. after the order has been shipped. TRADIS is not responsible for the failure, for whatever reason, to receive the email containing the activation codes.
TERMS OF USE
The referral discounts are valid for 6 months after issue on the entire order excluding taxes and delivery costs and on www.tradis-design.com only. The promo code must be entered in the shopping cart or when registering. The code is strictly personal, cannot be combined and is not valid for the purchase of a gift card. The discount code cannot be applied to previous purchases and is not exchangeable for cash.
The Referred Person must spend a minimum of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros) excluding taxes and applicable delivery costs for the Sponsor's reward to be unlocked and for the Referred Person to receive their gift card.
Any purchase made on www.tradis-design.com and then cancelled by the Referred Person will be considered a null and void sponsorship and contrary to the terms of the Operation.
PERSONAL DATA
The email addresses of the Referred Person and the Referred Person may be used by TRADIS in order to send them communications associated with the Operation: in particular the invitation email to the Referred Person and the email confirming the successful sponsorship to the Referred Person.
You must ensure that you have obtained the consent of each of your Referrals to be contacted by email from you as part of the Operation before indicating their email address in your TRADIS customer area or the sponsorship page.
The personal data collected as part of this Operation are mandatory. This personal data is processed by TRADIS, and its data controller, and this processing has as its legal basis the legitimate interest of TRADIS in offering this type of Operation to its customers and prospects for the sole purpose of benefiting from the discounts offered. TRADIS communicates the personal data of the referrer and the referral thus collected only to the employees in charge of the smooth running of the Operation, marketing and customer service. The data collected for this Operation is kept for a period of 12 months from the date the invitation is sent by the Referrer.
