Layout of the Cave de Gavroche

The owner, Olivier Bonafé, decided to honour our beautiful country by supporting its know-how and offering the best products to his customers. In April 2022, the Cave de Gavroche was opened in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. His cellar offers a selection of wines, spirits, beers, as well as a delicatessen, combining quality and authenticity.

Olivier worked with an architect to design the plans, layout and decoration of his cellar. He wanted a well thought-out, aesthetic and quality business, where his products would be displayed in an elegant way, thanks to tasteful solid wood furniture. The Bois Vieilli finish was naturally adopted. 

For the Cave de Gavroche, the following were chosen: 12-compartment shelves with 2 doors at the bottom, wine shelves, a low counter, 4-compartment columns, solid wood crates, and wine display units.
