Layout of the wine cellar Le Bateau Ivre

After the success of the Cave de Gavroche, Olivier Bonafé joins forces with Sylvain Schoner to open a new wine cellar in the heart of the 20th arrondissement of Paris. A project driven by strong values, where each bottle reflects a commitment to ecology, solidarity and French production.

Their rigorous selection favors short and medium circuits, and highlights passionate winemakers, all united by an approach respectful of the environment and committed to quality.

To give life to this friendly space, Olivier and Sylvain have called on Tradis and chose our solid wood furniture, Bois Vieilli finish. This choice gives the cellar an authentic atmosphere, warm and conducive to exchanges.

The layout, carefully designed to enhance each cuvée, includes:

• Shelves 12 shelves placed against the walls, for a clear and structured presentation of references.
• Wine racks with dividers, ideal for highlighting different appellations or terroirs.
• Low counters, which promote proximity to customers and create a welcoming space while sobriety.
